Images Sub-Tab: Work Order

The Images page displays all images associated with the work order. Images are often stored to show damage to equipment or other documentation required for insurance purposes.

Each image stored displays a small view of the image, the date it was uploaded, the order of its display, and Active and Follow-Up flags. The Active flag can be used to indicate which image is the current / active representation, in the event multiple pictures have been stored for different stages of repair of the item. The Follow-Up flag can be used to indicate whether or not follow-up images should be taken.

Images can be placed on either the Documents or Images page. The Images page provides a better view of the image, without having to open it first. However, if you prefer to have all attachments available from one tab, they can be placed on the Documents page.
